Investment Details
We are not opened yet, but working hard at getting our beautiful flagship location in Tampa open. We really need your help! We are looking for early Investors ready to co-own the entire corporation and share our growth while providing the needed seed money for our Flagship location. This is a public offering and we accept anything from $100 to 5M but capping total investments at 5M. It takes 21 days to get legal documents submited and approved for a public round, so the round starts off in Reservation mode. This is a non-binding pledge of a certain amount, which later can be converted to a SAFE investment after the 21 days. This helps get some traction while the legal stuff is getting processed. I am a software engineer and manager and really don't know a lot about investing. WeFunder are the professionals I am using to help facilitate this as well as all the legal requirements. We are offering SAFE investment options:
A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is an investment tool where you give money to a startup now in exchange for the promise of getting company shares later, usually when the company holds a major funding round, gets sold, or goes public
What is great about SAFE is that it locks in your price at todays very low evaluation cap which was deliberately set very low to offer early investors a chance for getting much more for less money.
